Intuit Announces Third-Quarter Fiscal Year 2026 Results:

For the third quarter, Intuit:

  • Total revenue increased to $8.6 billion, up 10%.

  • Consumer segment revenue grew to $5.3 billion, an 8% increase. Within this segment, TurboTax revenue rose to $4.4 billion, up 7%; Credit Karma revenue grew to $631 million, up 15%. ProTax revenue was $278 million, flat compared to fiscal year 2025.

  • Global Business Solutions segment revenue increased to $3.3 billion, up 15%; Online Ecosystem revenue grew to $2.5 billion, up 19%. Excluding Mailchimp, Global Business Solutions revenue rose 17%, and Online Ecosystem revenue increased 22%.

  • GAAP operating income increased to $4.0 billion, up 8%.

  • Non-GAAP operating income grew to $4.7 billion, up 8%.

  • GAAP diluted earnings per share rose to $11.09, an 11% increase.

  • Non-GAAP diluted earnings per share increased to $12.80, up 10%.

Intuit has raised its full-year fiscal 2026 revenue outlook and company expectations for all non-GAAP metrics. The company now expects:

  • Revenue of $21.341 billion to $21.374 billion, representing growth of approximately 13% to 14%.

  • GAAP operating income of $5.705 billion to $5.725 billion, representing growth of approximately 16%.

  • Non-GAAP operating income of $8.784 billion to $8.804 billion, representing growth of approximately 16%.

  • GAAP diluted earnings per share of $15.79 to $15.84, representing growth of approximately 16%.

  • Non-GAAP diluted earnings per share of $23.80 to $23.85, representing growth of approximately 18%.
