Teradyne reported second-quarter net revenue of $1.33 billion, an increase of 104% compared to the second quarter of 2025, marking its second consecutive quarter of record-high revenue. Semiconductor test business revenue amounted to $1.122 billion, product test business revenue was $107 million, and robotics business revenue was $100 million.

Under U.S. Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP), Teradyne’s net income attributable to shareholders for the second quarter of 2026 was $374.5 million, or $2.38 per diluted share. On a non-GAAP basis, net income attributable to shareholders for the second quarter of 2026 was $389 million, or $2.47 per diluted share.

“Our strategy of capturing testing and robotics opportunities across the entire spectrum—from wafers to AI data centers—has driven another record-breaking quarter. The year-over-year market expansion across all three of our business groups underscores this strong momentum,” said Greg Smith, Chief Executive Officer of Teradyne. “In the near term, our third-quarter outlook reflects robust demand related to artificial intelligence. Looking ahead, the rapid growth in wafer fabrication equipment investments lays the foundation for sustained growth into 2027 and beyond.”

The company expects third-quarter 2026 revenue to range between $1.2 billion and $1.3 billion, with GAAP net income per diluted share attributable to Teradyne projected at $1.79 to $2.09, and non-GAAP net income per diluted share expected to be between $1.85 and $2.15.
