Performance guidance:

The projected total expenditure for the full year 2026 is estimated to be between 162 billion and 169 billion US dollars, unchanged from the previous outlook.

Capital expenditures for 2026 (including principal repayments under finance leases) are anticipated to range between 125 billion and 145 billion US dollars, revised upward from the prior range of 115 billion to 135 billion US dollars, primarily reflecting higher component price expectations and additional data center costs this year.

The tax rate for the remaining quarters of 2026 is forecasted to fall within the range of 13% to 16%.

Mark Zuckerberg, Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Meta, stated:

We have reached a milestone quarter with robust growth across our applications and the release of the first model from Meta's Super Intelligence Lab. We are steadily advancing toward our goal of providing personal superintelligence to billions of people.
