On July 8, $KINGDEE INT'L (00268.HK)$ rose more than 8%. As of this report, it was up 8.2% at HK$6.86, with a trading volume of HK$143 million.

On the news front, Kingdee International issued a profit warning yesterday, forecasting total revenue for the six months ended June 30, 2026, to be in the range of approximately RMB 3.608 billion to RMB 3.639 billion, representing year-over-year growth of approximately 13% to 14%. This growth is primarily driven by the Group’s deepened execution of its “AI-first, subscription-first, and globalization” strategy, which has led to sustained rapid growth in subscription revenue and high-speed growth in AI-native products. The company also expects profit attributable to equity holders to be in the range of approximately RMB 400 million to RMB 600 million, marking a return to profitability compared to the prior-year period, mainly due to economies of scale in subscription businesses and efficiency gains from AI adoption.

A recent research report from Guotou Securities noted that as China’s leading enterprise management cloud SaaS provider, Kingdee is accelerating its transformation into an enterprise management AI company, leveraging its long-standing expertise in enterprise management, deep experience in financial management scenarios, and extensive customer base. Going forward, the company is well positioned to further embed its AI capabilities into finance, supply chain, manufacturing, and other domains, drawing on its rich domain know-how and scenario-based experience, while exploring new growth opportunities through AI-powered value-added services.
