On July 8, 2026, POCO Holding Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as “POCO Materials”), an A-share listed company based in Nanshan District, Shenzhen, Guangdong Province, filed a prospectus with the Hong Kong Stock Exchange, proposing an initial public offering (IPO) on the Hong Kong Main Board.

Founded in 2009, POCO Materials is a globally leading provider of alloy soft magnetic powder products and one of the few companies worldwide with vertically integrated capabilities spanning alloy soft magnetic powders, alloy soft magnetic powder cores, and AI chip inductors. According to data from CIC Consulting, by revenue in 2025, POCO Materials ranked first globally in the alloy soft magnetic powder core market with a market share of 27.1%, and ranked fifth globally in the AI chip inductor market with a market share of 7.6%.

POCO Materials has established a proprietary alloy soft magnetic powder technology platform that enables the application of materials science and process know-how across diverse products and application domains. Customers typically combine these cores with copper windings to produce wound power inductors, primarily used in power conversion applications. The company’s AI chip inductors are fully integrated, board-mountable inductor components fabricated through a monolithic forming process using alloy soft magnetic powders and conductors, primarily serving chip-level power delivery in AI computing infrastructure.

Mr. Du Jianghua directly holds 2.04% of the shares and indirectly holds 22.44% through MoMa Investment, which he controls with a 54% stake, giving him voting rights over a total of 24.49% of the shares, making him the single largest shareholder;

Mr. Zhou Houqiang holds 10.78%;

Mr. Luo Zhimin, holding 5.63%;

Mr. Ruan Jialin, holding 5.46%;

Other A-share shareholders hold 53.65%.
